Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older.

• Employees of One Eight Creative and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   

How to Enter:

• To enter, scan the QR code at the ORLA event.

• Only one entry per person is allowed.
   

Prizes:

• Grand Prize: A Brand Audit valued at $750.

• Runner-Up: A Yeti Cooler Backpack valued at $350.
   

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be notified via email or announced at the event.

• If the winner cannot be contacted within 10 days, an alternate winner will be selected.
   

Brand Audit:

• The Brand Audit will include an assessment of the company's brand identity, including:

  • Mission & Vision

  • Values

  • Positioning

  • Target Audience

  • Logo

  • Color

  • Typography

  • Brand Touchpoints
     

General Rules:

• The giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

• One Eight Creative reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.
